We have weekly 1:1 meetings, we work on my goals and promotion processes together. Usually, my manager doesn't care too much what I do, he trusts me to do my work well and if I have any problems or concerns I can easily message him or ask for a quick meeting. His communication is excellent, I never have to worry about anything. Performance feedback is nice, I also gave him some feedback and he really appreciated it and I could see him change straight after.
