I interviewed with Atlassian for an intern role. The technical assessments were very fair; they were at the expected level of interns. The interview process was very smooth, starting with coding assessment online, then a technical interview, then a final behavioural interview. On the technical side, it was very generic, similar to other companies. The behavioural interview was very nice since we focused on Atlassian values and had meaningful discussions. It almost felt like a coffee chat with an experienced software engineer, there was not a lot of pressure and it made me share my values and thoughts comfortably.
