We have plenty of technical sessions and programmes that help us improve our ways of work, for example I recently attended an AI overview session that taught us how to use AI in our day-to-day work and development processes, so that we can improve our productivity. At the beginning of my role we had a TEAM camp and we were assigned mentors to help us get matched with a suitable team. Once I joined my team I was assigned a buddy so I could ask her anything and chat with her about my worries and troubles, which was really helpful for onboarding into the team.
