I noticed a strong focus on dei. There are numerous opportunities and support groups in which people are free to express who they are.
The team at council is diverse and is awesome to see, love the dei team there (kate, simon and wendell) and their efforts they do to make sure all communities within auckland feel a sense of belonging. I think they need a payrise lol
