It's adequate given my level of expected output and living costs
I believe there’s room for improvement when it comes to graduate pay. Graduates often take on a significant amount of responsibility, and while it’s a great learning opportunity, the compensation doesn’t always reflect the level of effort and contribution expected. Enhancing pay could help better recognise the value grads bring to the company.
I thought this role paid well considering I was only an intern. Gave me a idea as to what to expect in regards to corporate settings. The perks whilst working there were awesome too. Allows for more employee engagement on top of the salary.
I believe this is a competitive salary in comparison to the quality of work-life balance and opportunity for learning and development with a lot more flexibility.
