Felt sorry for the dei team as there were restructures when I came along which created more work for them to do in terms of finding tasks for me. However they handled this exceptionally well and made me feel included in their day to day operations by giving me the opportunities to sit with them in meetings as well as give me tasks to do that relieved a little bit of pressure from them.
