Too many levels/unnecessary increased lead times.
I thought the one way interview in all honesty was a bit strange. I guess you don't get the full picture of what an individual brings to the business through a one way interview. It is much different to a interview with a panel where they get to see how individuals conversate etc. It would have been interesting to see just how many individuals were turned away based on the one way interview that potentially could have benefitted the business had they been given a interview with a panel to express themselves fully.
