workplace culture is good at AT. Majority of people are amazing to talk to and welcoming.
The people I work with are nice and very helpful. Auckland Transport in General has a nice and welcoming culture where people will help you if you have any issues at all. Being a large organisation, it is understandable that you will not get to work with everyone however, different teams working together is expected and normal.
The culture at AT is a real standout. Everyone here makes you feel welcomed and are always happy to help out with any kind of problem. You are able to talk to anyone regardless of their status and feel like your opinion is valued.
