My manager is always available when I need anything. I have weekly catch ups with my manager to assess my workload and discuss any issues or even just talk causally. They also provide insight on the industry and my career goals based on their experience which I appreciate a lot.
Managers are very accessible and responsive when you have questions. A simple teams message is all it takes to get in touch and resolve issues. Your work is validated and recognised by managers.
