
The online interviews were very straight forward asking questions you would expect in an interview. The in-person interview repeated some questions from the in-person interview so I felt more prepared than usual. The in-person interview panel had 4 interviewers which can be overwhelming for some.
The interview process was fairly straightforward. It involved two stages: initially, a one-way video interview, followed by an invitation to an in-person interview for those who progressed. Overall, the process was straightforward and easy to follow, with clear communication at each step.
The interview process was straightforward. We were first asked to complete 5 predetermined questions relating to AT. If we got past this, we then had an interview with team leaders at AT. There were no aptitude tests.
Interview was well organised and this was online. I also enjoyed not having to complete an assessment centre day.
