AT has a lot of training and workshops for graduate such as writing emails and project management course. AT also sets the grads up with a mentor and buddy to guide you through AT, especially through your first month at AT.
As a Graduate, you are provided all the trainings you need either online via modules or in person. A few workshops are booked for you to improve your skills either job specific or professional development in general.
Lots of skills relevant to my current and future roles. Enjoy working with teams from various departments as this allows me to gain further knowledge. People also very generous with feedback which is great for improvement and to understand what is going well.
