I am in office 5 days a week and get in around 8-8:30am and leaving around 4:15-4:30pm. I have no work from home as a graduate but other employees have work from home which is the downside.
Auckland Transport in general is an organisation that offers a great work life balance. Flexibility to work from home is available although this heavily depends on which part of the organisation you are working in and the team you are on. Remote work is possible so long as it follows the Auckland Transports Flexible working policy as well as an agreement between you and your people leader/manager.
We are required to work 40 hours per week. Any hours outside of this are to be discussed with your manager. There is flexibility so long as you continue to complete your work on time and at a high standard. We have a flexible working policy which allows you to work from home 2 days a week if you need.
Have to be in the office 3/5 days, so there is room for flexible working!
