Workplace culture is very good! Everyone is very kind and willing to help each other. End of Month Socials where we can all hang out together. Lots of opportunities to socialize amongst colleagues.
Lots of socialisation opportunities, great people, and a desire to support employees - particularly as graduates. However, stringent utilisation targets do add pressure.
Great office culture, everyone very friendly and open to chat about anything work or non-work related. Social sports teams, social clubs, young professional groups all very active with frequent events.
Good workplace culture with the social club and limelight.
Everyone at Aurecon is great and I always say that the people make the company. You have a mix of extroverts and introverts and it is easy to find your people. The grad cohorts spend time together, and so does each team. Monthly socials and events out of work.
