Good interview. The delayed communication was not ideal when I started as an intern as my graduate role did not require an interview. Would have been better if we had gotten more indication of status with roles earlier.
Process was fair and not too laborious, but it took about 4 months to head back from the hiring team - encouraging me to seek opportunities elsewhere.
Applied online, answered a few screening questions, one online interview.
A range of one way video interviews before an in person interview.
Straightforward sending in CV and cover letter through the application form, then straight to interview which was online with three members of the planning team. Was good to have three people at different levels.
