I am not exposed to how Aurecon supports sustainability in my role, but I am aware that our company is good at this.
Sustainability is promoted as a core value. This is taken up effectively in parts and is well done at an office level, but the bidding/ proposal process does not appear to consider the environmental impact of projects as a whole (i.e. bid on most work types, even if not value aligned).
Dedicated sustainability team that works across projects, sustainability initiatives present around the office and in company policy.
Sustainability is considered in each project individually, as for the office sustainability is considered everyday
I always here about efforts to have sustainable outcomes in projects, particularly from the CC&S team. Also initiatives in the kitchen with recycling.
