Very flexible. I can work from home if I ever need to. I can also work longer or shorter days as long as I reach 40 hours within a week.

Work hours are generally pretty flexible in terms of start and finish times, as long as you are putting in the hours somewhere. Can WFH once a week when suits.
Hours are flexible, if you need to leave early you can use flexi time rather than requiring annual leave. Hybrid working is encouraged and can be very flexible
Can work from home once a week. Flexible hours - can choose when to start, as long as you do your 40 hours in the week / 8hrs day. I enjoy starting earlier to leave earlier and have more of my evening to myself.
