For the first few years its relatively easy to move up to things such as supervisor, as long as you make sure you're keeping up with the trainings and learning opportunities and taking them onboard actively you can move up with little to no push back.
Plenty of opportunities. 6 monthly performance reviews and the ability to move position each year till senior if you are performing on track.
Plenty of promotion possibilities for those with the right work ethic and dedication. Senior team members frequently present the opportunity of new and exciting areas of work to the graduate staff. This enables the junior team to identify areas of particular interest that you can pursue further.
I think there is a lot of opportunity to find something here that I want to do going forward, however at the moment as I am just starting I do not have much say in what work im given.
The promotion possibilities are huge. It is expected of you to become a senior within 3-4 years of starting as a graduate. We always have space to promote people if they meet the requirements. You need to be a hard worker and have a positive attitude and take feedback well. Management tends to push you around promotion time as they want you to rank up.
