Again to early to tell but excellent team and ofcourse lots of opprtunities to social when you become a social club members. Everyone is really helpful and considerate.
The workplace culture is generally positive, with good teamwork and a supportive atmosphere. Colleagues are happy to help out when needed, and the team gets on well overall. The structure is quite hierarchical, with a noticeable divide between managers/directors and the rest of the team, which can make things feel a bit segmented at times. That said, day-to-day collaboration within teams is effective, and communication is usually smooth. There are plenty of opportunities to socialise outside of work, which helps build strong relationships across the company. Overall, the environment is friendly, cooperative, and inclusive.
I enjoy being apart of the Baker Tilly office. As of only being here 4 months my relationships with colleagues are not very deep, however I have always felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed engaging with my co workers. There are plenty of events to enjoy / socialise with co workers such as birthday morning teas, end of month drinks and social club activities outside of work hours. The hierarchy is very straightforward being laid out as of joining the organisation and as a grad i have worked with people at every level.
