There is plenty of networking functions and internal functions that allow everybody to integrate themselves into the company easily, the culture is kind as everyone is nice and everyone feels very comforting and nice to talk to.
The people make who the firm are. Plenty of work place events, mid year end of year. Structure and hierarchy is typical of an accounting firm but it feels very flat. Socialising amongst colleagues is friendly and everyone is happy to have a chat - even from different departments.
Quite a flat structure where juniors are encouraged and expected to work directly with directors and partners. Broadly, there is a very friendly and welcoming structure with a very collegial working environment.
Everyone is super helpful and nice, and great to talk to. I report to my manager but also get work from some other managers/supervisors in my team.
The culture is great, because our firm is mid tier, everyone socialises with different hierarchys and get along well. Teamwork is a key part of our culture and we always have a chance to build our teamwork. We have many after hours events that people can attend to enjoy ourselves.
