We have lots of D&I events throughout the year organised by the ESG committee. The office loves celebrating the cultures of the people in the office.
There are a wide range of people employed here and you can tell they treat everyone equally.
From my observations, we tend to hire anyone who is the best for the job. I haven't noticed any specific effort to hire certain people.
