My managers reply fast and make sure I know what I am doing when I am working on something. they approach me with recognition and places of improvement without making me feel bad about any mistake I make. they are great mentors and make sure you feel included.
Managers are super accessible. Always available to chat and walk things through. An assistant manager is my mentor and we catch up once a month on my progress and any struggles I have.
My manager is very accessible, and monthly 1:1 catch ups are a good way to ask questions about my career and the job. She has regular workflow catch ups with me to discuss job progress and answer any questions. The praise and recognition I get are great and I have had great feedback from my manager.
