Regular check-ins are held to provide performance feedback, guidance, and development opportunities. While the structure can feel quite hierarchical at times, individual managers do their best to offer mentorship and recognise progress. Communication is generally clear and consistent, and praise is given when deserved, helping to build confidence and keep motivation high.
