The interviews and testing were overall relatively usual in what I expected no extra steps or outlandish tasks were expected of me.
They have changed it since I applied. When I applied, no one way video interview was necessary. Now, it is. The recruitment staff were super onto it, replied promptly and I received a graduate position from being an intern.
Very welcoming and straightforward interview process. I was promptly contacted by a member of the HR team for CV screening and arranged a meeting date after. The meeting was conversational and not intimidating at all. The assessments were also quite enjoyable.
There were quite a few video interviews and assignments but these were well integrated and actually quite interesting.
I met a few people at a university event and I was given their business card to contact them about an internship. I sent them my transcript and CV and they were impressed. I received the psychometric test shortly after, which was clear and straight forward to complete. I was then offered to come in for an in person interview which was a great experience and the interviewers were really nice and supportive. The whole process ran smoothly and was offered a position a short time later.
