Pay progression is fair and they always try to assess based on a mix of the market and performance. Plenty of perks, lots of catering and expense claims for all types of client work related expenses. Southern Cross perks but I've noticed they are matching what I would already receive under Southern Cross as a long-time member.
Lots of different functions with catering provided. Two office parties per year. Multiple other events throughout the year. Sometimes free warriors tickets.
I think this is reasonable considering I am a casual Graduate still at University. I am not aware of any other perks, we get free ubers to and from work events and sometimes there are a couple free sports tickets up for grabs.
