The Volunteer day that Baker Tilly allows each employee to help they're community.
Very good. Again they have a ESG committee and they strive to address pay equity issues as well. I am on the ESG committee but I focus on the environmental data processing for Toitu certification. Other projects include Maori Language Week, other social events for Welcome back drinks after the Christmas closedown.
They have introduced a CSR spotlight column in the weekly newsletter highlighting the companies efforts. For example, cleaning up the waitemata harbour, gardening, and other events with our charitable partners.
I am not aware of any CSR initiatives.
