Plenty of trainings are run weekly, monthly and yearly for everyone that requires them. you have plenty of opportunities to learn both in person and online.
We have just started a soft skills programme rolled out across grads, intermediates and senior levels. Really really useful and I've been finding these trainings really relaxed and relevant to my day to day work. Technical trainings in audit happen every 2 weeks over lunch with a national training across all the offices once a year.
Frequent training opportunities and one-on-one mentorship from our managers, in addition to the buddy system which helps grads as they begin their journey with the firm.
There are multiple training sessions throughout the year, focusing on a wide range of aspects from the job. These are also available as videos which can be watched at any time.
There are always training events happening for us. Graduates and Intermediates get specific training on different topics once and month and once a month the entire business advisory team has a 2 hours training session. Graduates also have a national induction to learn the basics of the job around April.
