The company is very flexible with working remote and also the flexibility to structure your day. This is really handy if you have a family and need to juggle life admin while working full time.
I'm contracted to work 37.5 hours per week, though I often do additional hours during busy periods, which is expected in the role. The company is fairly flexible with working arrangements; for example, I usually start earlier so I can finish earlier, which is supported by my team. Remote work is available, though it's not heavily encouraged; personally, I prefer being in the office. Core hours are currently 9am to 4pm, but I believe there could be more flexibility if these we're adjusted slightly, perhaps to 9am to 3pm. Taking leave has never been an issue, and while weekend/late night work has occasionally been required to meet deadlines, it's generally communicated in advance.
In my role as a graduate business advisory accountant, my lack of experience means I need a lot of support so remote work is not possible. But lunch is flexible and they are very understanding of time needed for personal issues or events.
