You can work for two days at home per week and have plenty of leave such as study leave and annual leave. If you need to come in later or leave earlier they are understanding as long as you meet your hours.
Audit is time consuming and lots of overtime occurs in busy season. WFH arrangements are flexible as long as they are made ahead of time due to group work restraints.
Working from home is available to graduates once they have established themselves in the office have developed the necessary baseline level of understanding of systems and processes. There are seasonal flows with the work as expected, with some weeks requiring a few additional hours to meet compliance deadlines. Generally, it is expected that everyone works their standard hours and no more which was quite surprising. This makes for a healthy working environment.
I normally work 8.30Am - 5pm Thrusdays and Fridays. Right now I am working part time while studying and the hours are very flexible around my uni schedule.
Because I am only a casual graduate, I have very limited hours as I am still at uni full time. They are very flexible with work hours as I currently come in for 3 half days a week around my uni classes. When I have a busy week or exams on I can adjust my hours to meet my needs.
