Since there is no university training on Mainframe we were given a 7 week intensive course that prepared us well for working with the mainframe
Needs to be better focused towards individual roles
The graduate training was relatively poor. My team training has been exemplary, very impressed.
Informally, people are very willing to help and lend their expertise. Formally the training is predominately around elearnings, with some calls that help.
