Seems like a company that is rapidly growing, which makes it seem like there will always be new rolls and bigger projects to progress to.

The direct promotional pathway as a grad is not perfectly clear - you begin likely as a grad and then to a structural engineer, where you likely work to gain chartership, and then after time become a senior structural engineer. There are opportunities as you continue to be a project manager across the multiple disciplines within the company, and price jobs etc. Eventually you can apply for further leadership roles such as office manager, or discipline manager etc

I actually don't know much about this and would love to know more about it - I am not sure about promotion possibilities as a grad

I don't know what they are. As a growing company, there is not a defined "next step" and point of reference for the next step so hard to say. You have juniors, intermediates, management. Possibilities for me right now are that I see many opportunities for learning and personal growth. I imagine promotion possibilities will reflect the work I put in to develop myself.
