All managers company wide are friendly and easily approachable. They're generally busy people, but always have time to help out if its needed
I think they are very strong. My senior engineer is excellent and does a great job of keeping me involved in projects while ensuring that I am developing in a supportive and structured environment. My office manager is also very effective, their communication is clear and direct, and they have provided me with valuable feedback on areas I can improve, which I really appreciate.
