As a graduate, you are given a lot of responsibility and opportunity to work on big projects from the outset through to completion which means you are exposed to a wide range of projects and learning opportunities. Working in a multi-disciplinary space has significantly increased my understanding of the full process of a project and the importance of each stage and team.

As an engineer, my role involves designing, and reviewing technical solutions across a variety of projects. I am also often involved in site inspections, reviewing construction progress, and resolving any design-related issues that may arise.
