I chose BCD because of how friendly the interviewers were, other places I interviewed at had pretty boring interviewers.

They take a genuine interest in your life outside of work and how you would fit within their team culture. As a candidate, this was particularly appealing, as it showed that the company values its people and recognises the importance of personal wellbeing alongside professional capability.
