Seem very flexible, It has been very easy to get time off and reschedule work hours based on personal life activities.
It is recommended to work within the office, as it is much easier to have conversations and make decisions face to face with people and also gives the social aspect of work. Although, times come where working from home may be required due to personal situations etc, and this is generally easy to obtain permission from your respective manager for these cases and can be flexible as required for employees. The company tends to care about the work/life balance and are happy to help out where they can.
From my understanding it is generally expected that employees work standard hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm. However, there is some flexibility when needed. For example, some employees may leave early to pick up their children from school and then continue working from home later to make up their hours.
Reasonably flexible with working hours as long as you meet the required for the week. Remote work is discouraged.
Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. I arrive between 6-7 most mornings. For people in constrained circumstances there are flexibility around remote working, early starting / finishing.
