The career progression is very clear at bdo. the roles are as follows: intern grad intermediate senior 1 senior 2 assistant manager manager senior manager associate partner if you are progressing in line with expectation and taking on feedback well you can expect to be promoted to intermediate after 12 months as a grad and senior after 12 months as an intermediate. expectations and goals are very clear in terms of what you need to achieve to move between each level. there are 6 monthly personal development meetings to assess progress, potential promotions, salary etc. each staff member is assigned a mentor who you catch up with around 6 weekly to ensure that you're on track and discuss any issues which is great. very good career opportunities and clear guidelines for growth.
Promotions for below assistant manager role are usually based on length of service and whether you have qualified for your ca.
