Honestly too slow and the pay doesn't increase enough
Promotion possibilities are relatively the same as any other accounting firm. And the opportunities to grow are quite limited as you are confined to jobs for a team you don't get to choose. For my career aspirations I would love to hone my skills in an area that I enjoy and am passionate about.
3 years are almost guaranteed progression and then it becomes performance based
There is a progression system so each year we move up if the work we provide is at a high level. Definitely heaps of opportunity for progression and recognition of good work.
