The culture at bdo wellington is my favourite thing about working here. everyone is friendly and approachable including management and partners who all have open door policies. there are usually social events at least twice a month and i have already made lots of great friends during my 6 months here. audit in particular is a very social team and we usually go out together at least one friday per month. the culture is very inclusive and everyone is always happy to help each other out.
Workplace culture is positive, everyone is approachable and willing to guide you. partners and managers are open to conversations and communication is encouraged.
I think the culture is really good here. everyone seems to be included and given opportunities to join in,
