Most help the grads a lot and are supportive
The managers that I have worked with so far have been awesome. Very dedicated to a high standard and dedicated to making sure that the team are providing work at a high quality and making sure that communication is high. Also making sure that if someone doesn't know something or needs help that they provide that help. Really good so far.
