Felt that the interview was quite relaxed and more focused on personality / vibe and if i would suit the team
First stage would be 2 assessments : 1 assessment tests your technical accounting knowledge while the second one is more of a 'critical-thinking' test. this is followed by an online recorded interview. after the online recorded interview, i received a call to attend an online interview with managers on microsoft team.
My initial interview for my internship was over zoom which i found challenging. i think they have stopped that now. we also had to decide whether we would accept a full time role almost 12 month out from starting which i felt was a bit unfair.
The interview process and assessments was just like that of other firms looking for interns/grads. it could be quite a lengthy process doing the online interviews and assessments before getting an interview with people from the firm
