I think the pay is too low for the amount of work we do, I know people in Australia working the same job making an absurd amount more. Not many perks either that I use, might get the odd free ticket or expense claim but nothing that great.
Pretty solid for a first year out of university pay. Higher than other companies offering similar roles.
