They provide good training for juniors and whole team almost weekly. Feedback could be improved on the job, as well as coaching/mentoring. Typically depends on the person for coaching and mentoring but most people are too busy to spend time to mentor or coach.
Regular monthly trainings for certain sections, always can go ask a senior person for some assistance
Monthly training days and a week of training when we began. Also consistent training throughout the jobs where the higher ups always help us and provide training.
