Bdo is quite flexible. the core working hours are 10am-3pm. there is flexibility to work remotely/from home when we aren't visiting clients and overtime is encouraged for those that want to do it but there is also a focus on ensuring that staff maintain a good work life balance and that is one of the criteria built into our pd discussions/progression as well.
Standard working hours are 37.5 hours in a week. some additional hours are needed for peak seasons such as school audit season.
My employer has been fantastic allowing me to move my hours round to suit as long as i am still completing my 37.5. this is something i am extremely grateful for.
I have had to do some overtime but they are relatively flexible
