The base salary is not too great, but the benefit of receiving $2000 once we start is really good. It's to help grads transition into full-time work helping us pay for work clothes. Also we get compensated for travelling to site offices when we are required which is also good. The beca graduate conference helps us connect with other grads from australia and nz which is really cool. Free lunch, dinner is provided for this conference as well as an uber home.
