All managers are very accessible. Easy to talk to. Even regional manager remembers my name.
They are all nice and kind. They are very supportive and always try to help in anyway. They always ask how i am going. They always give praise no matter how small a task i finish.
Current manager is in a different city, and is a very busy person, so barely see them. Had to put in a weekly call just to lock in some time to connect. I guess they're a good mentor otherwise? unsure about performance feedback, praise or recognition yet.
