The interview is very well organized. There are one manager and one team lead attending and prepared a series of questions based on a case study. Firstly, they introduce themself. Secondly, i introduce me. Then, they asked me questions about technical knowledge about the project case and my personal working experience, also soft skills questions. They also allow me to ask them questions. The process is very fair, and they respect me.
