More organised training for graduates but outside of the graduate programme training opportunities are more limited
2 year graduate program. Can experience various roles and many training opportunities as well.
The training and development is really good here at beca. My section/department set up a weekly session to learn about consulting, project management skills/knowledge when the grads first started which was really helpful. When you get put into a project as well, they dont throw you down straight into the deep end. They let you slowly learn by giving you small tasks which is good. They also set up a mentoring programme which is optional to sign up but is definetly good for your career. You decide with your mentor how frequent the catch ups are and be able to learn anything you ask them such as career advice, any tips on solving specific problems etc.
