Generally pretty flexible so long as you communicate with them
Very flexible. Graduate engineers are not allowed to work remotely though. My manager always pays attention to my work load and often have opportunities for open conversation.
40-45 hours. Grads get paid for overtime which is really good! also people get to work from home 1-2 days a week depending on their project and team!
Hours are flexible if reasons are reasonable e.g. Outside of work sporting commitments. Working arrangement is somewhat flexible, but feel like i had to push hard to work from home one day a week when i live an hour away from the office.
Reasonably flexible, happy for wfh/other offices.
