Work hours varies from 40 (normal work week) to 72+ (maintenance shutdown). There is enough flexibility in when these hours are worked to reduce the stress around attending appointments and similar. Working from home occasionally may be acceptable but I prefer not to. There is sometimes pressure to work on client sites, even when there is minimal or no work which is bizarre. If site based there is much less flexibility on working arrangements, but most roles are office based.
You can start work any time before 9, and can work from home if you need to, but preferred to work form the office
The policy is two days working from home and three days in office. If employee has sickness or other situations, they only need to report to team lead
Flexible hours and working arrangements to an extent. I am able to within reason move my hours around.
