Interview was reasonably relaxed and felt more like a general chat about things as opposed to a formal interview.
Of all the interviews I had, I found that BF had the best recruitment process, assigning us with a buddy from the get-go who gave us a call to chat about their experiencing and answer any questions we had. I felt very welcomed from the beginning.
The communication with me was great from my first phone call with HR to my offer. I felt really relaxed through the whole process.
