I believe the pay as a graduate is around industry average. There are not many special perks, but we do have a relatively wide range of small employee discount on "perkbox".
Overall pay is on par/slightly below other graduate salaries. Access to discounted bunzl products and a variety of discounts through perk box. Potential for profit share and discounted share price once you're at the company for a while
I am satisfied with the pay as a sales graduate in sydney. Although i don't get commission as a salesperson, i have received lots of leftover sample products from suppliers.
I have a neutral stance on this as i have not been with the company for that long
