Our seven core values are at the heart of everything we do at Capgemini.
#1 of 20 in Project Management
The culture is really friendly and easygoing. Everyone's approachable, even senior people, so you don't feel intimidated reaching out or asking questions. It doesn't really feel hierarchical. Grads can comfortably chat with managers and directors. Whenever I needed help, people were more than happy to make time for me. There are also team lunches and social catch-ups, which make it easy to get to know everyone.
Teamwork is a big part of the culture, and colleagues are friendly and approachable. There are also opportunities to connect outside of work through team events, social gatherings, and informal catchups, which helps build strong working relationships.
Great culture. There are lots of opportunities to have fun with your team and everyone is very supportive and you are given a lot of guidance and support as a graduate.
Workplace hosts occasional social activities, and colleagues often meet for lunch or drinks after work. Graduates stay close to their fellow cohorts, but it's easy to meet people in other teams.
The hierarchy in Capgemini is very flat. Although there can be huge differences in title, everyone in the office is very friendly and open to talking to anyone. Cooperation is encouraged and teamwork is emphasised throughout all projects. After hours there are often drinks on a Friday and ad-hoc hangouts. In the team I am in, there are social activities planned every week whether that be eating lunch together with the team at a specific restaurant, potlucks or bringing in something baked from home for everyone to eat.
